Progress overview method

ZFS update issues
ZFS not part of kernel. When using kdms, a manual rebuild action is required. When using kmod this should work more smoothly. Before the stopday: Test an update a CentOS hypervisor (wop61)
Matplotlib update
The Matplotlib update was postponed (not well tested). Was updated later (20-11-2018)
Stop virtualbox
Virtualbox should be stopped on alta2 before updates start
GPG keys
All GPG keys should be in place before updates start (Ubuntu)
Test spare LCU
Lcu-rt0 became lcu-rt6. Several adjustments needed (casacore,pyrap). Supervisor status was not updated in Zabbix. Note we were waiting for a new release.
Inform Apertif users
Use apertif_users@astron.nl for communication with users. Add RO admins too.
Supervisor on LCU's crashes
Supervisor starts too early, should wat for NFS. Fixed a few days later by Teun.
Update order
Reinoud: Wait with update of the ZFS replica servers before production is ready. Put proper order in procedure!
Jenkins slaves not tested
Arno: Our checklist went well. What was missing was: check if Jenkins slaves are up. (The home of Jenkins was moved) Alta: Ingest not configured properly. Test for apertif→ alta was not present.
Stopday duration
Arno: We expect 1 whole day for the sysadmin and the next morning for completion of the tests.
Spacealk update
Jasmin: Spacewalk host Wop76 needs to be updated before its hypervisor
