Presentation templates
When you need to give a presentation, it is good to use a common sheet layout. Here we have collected a few that are used by Observatory staff.
The templates are in Powerpoint (ppt) format. They can be cutomized as follows(e.g., date, name of person giving the presentation):
- Load the template into MS Powerpoint
- Click 'View', 'Master', 'Slide master'
- You can then modify the contents or layout. A small pop-up window has appeared; this has buttons for saving the tempplate, etc.
- When satisfied, click the 'close master view' on the pop-up window.
