WSRT stop-day 30-4-2019 review

WSRT Stop day ended well, beside of supervisor issues with nfs which now fixed for all systems (wop59 need to be checked)

  * Arno will have sessions with operators regarding stoping of Apertif environment (supervisor)
  * Arno will discuss with Roy and Hanno upgrade of ALTA to UB16 
  * Teun should check wop59 (supervisor/nfs init script)
  * Next WSRT Stop Day planned for 09.July.2019
