| Description: | With the commissioning and LOFAR2 monitoring screens being developed by the Operators, the old LOFAR video wall setup Operations has used for many years was not big enough anymore to display everything we will need for LOFAR1 and LOFAR2. So it was time for a fresh new look. One that also matches the Westerbork side of the control room more. The 4 old smaller screens have now been upgraded with 3 big 4k monitors, this setup has been carried out by the hard working colleagues from Facilities. So on your next tour or visit to the control room you will be able to see what is really going on with LOFAR Telescope Operations from anywhere in the room. |
