| Description: | Ana Arana-Antelo, the new Head of Unit, Research Infrastructures, DG Research & Innovation recently visited ASTRON and JIVE. Ana's visit included a tour of ASTRON and our facilities (see the images above). In addition to Dwingeloo, LOFAR, WSRT & EMBRACE, she also visited the Hanze Institute of Technology (HIT) in Assen.
Ana enjoyed her visit and learned a lot about our activities and our ambitions. She was also able to give us an impression on how the Horizon 2020 programme (the name given to the next Framework Programme following FP7) was developing. |
