| Description: | As ASTRON's fame spreads around the globe, other institutions try to copy our successful model. The institute shown here is located in Munich, Germany. As you can tell from its abberrant logo, it has a different sponsor, and it is specialized in a different field of activity, where balls play an important role. Formal contact between institutes has not yet been established, but with a LOFAR station in Garching, this can only be a matter of time. |
